Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Times

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed and processed, it will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Our available shipping method is:

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.


4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.


5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship worldwide.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at palestinian.kufiya@gmx.com  to confirm availability.


6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Carrier-related issues

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you with updates.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange a reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply.


9. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds due to personal preference (e.g., if you simply don’t like the product). Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions – Accepted Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is defective

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@baytkufiya.com
