1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within a period of 30 days from the receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

  • Withdrawal period: 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  • Conditions for return:

    • The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

    • The receipt or proof of purchase must be included.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Shipping the product:

    • Shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or was sent by mistake.

    • Ensure the package is well-protected to avoid damage during transit.


3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process your refund.

  • Refund period: 30 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

  • Refund method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • Deduction of costs: If the product is not in its original condition or is missing any components, we may deduct the corresponding value from the refund.


4. Defective Products or Order Errors

If the product received is defective, please contact us immediately.

  • Replacement or refund: We will offer you the option of receiving a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Claim period: 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.


5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed for defective items or errors on our part (with proof of purchase and the product in its original condition, unworn/unused with all tags attached).

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons and have been opened after delivery.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
